Description

A delicious, tender cousin to true spinach. Being a biennial it is totally bolt-proof in our long summer days that send traditional spinach right to seed! Keeps producing through first snows. If it goes into winter with only small leaves remaining it is likely to start re-growing in the spring.  Grown and selected at Terrapin Farm for many years. Certified Organic. Beta vulgaris.
