Beautiful, extra-large bulbs lovingly grown at Wild Plum Farm and selected over 30 years for health and clove size. Artichoke, or softneck varieties are known for mild delicious flavor and widely considered to be the best for roasting. Inchelium is a national taste test winner in the softneck division.  And this is the variety you want if you’d like to braid your harvested garlic for a practical and artful storage option.  Inchelium is a long-storing variety.

These bulbs are large!  many are greater than 2 1/2 nches across, beyond premium.  There are 9 – 15 cloves per bulb for planting.  Tested for garlic bloat nematode.  Also know as Inchelium Red.
