Description
Thick-Stem is a beautiful green mustard for baby or full-sized greens. The heavier stems and leaves give a good harvest and add mass when cooked. Nice balance of sweetness and pungency. Cold hardy and can overwinter in Montana. Bred by farmer-breeder Brett Grohsgal. Grown by Fresh Roots Farm in Polson MT. 45-60 days
