This celery produces thick, mild stalks even in poor conditions. Mulch well to maintain moisture, allowing the plants to make the most of our short Montana summers! Side stalks can be harvested for salads beginning in early summer. We suggest planting several for full size celery to be harvested in August and September as well as several for side stalk harvest all summer long. Certified Organic.
