Also known as Holy Basil, this basil is held sacred in the Hindu religion. A very pretty basil with a unique fragrance that reminds some of huckleberries.
Offers many medicinal properties, including stress relief and stimulating the immune system. Use both fresh or dried. Makes a wonderful addition to ice water or a delicious herbal tea.
