Description
A multi-purpose, high nutrition flour corn. Soft kernels are easy to grind and make wonderful cornmeal for baking. Prior to processing, display the rainbow of colors in fall decorations. This open pollinated, fast maturing, cold hardy, drought tolerant corn was developed by Dave Christensen of Big Timber, MT who started with native heirloom corns and, over the past 45 years, has developed an amazing survival corn grown in harsh climates around the world. Average plant height of 4.5’ with cobs averaging 7”. Plant 1 month prior to sweet corn. Original Seed Source: Dave Christensen. Grown by Quinn Farm and Ranch in Big Sandy, MT. Certified Organic.
