Description

This Dutch-type shallot can get very, very big. Beautiful dark red skin and mild flavored pink-ringed flesh within. Shape varies between a split 2-clove shape to a single flattened bulb. Very similar to the now retired “Prisma F1” shallot. Long storing. Original Seed Source: Uprising Organics. Grown by Deluge Farm in Camas Prairie, and Foothill Farm in St Ignatius, MT.  Allium cepa.
