Produces multiple medium sized fruits with narrow, curved necks and smooth or bumpy bright yellow skins. Plants are large, bushy and prolific, and will produce continuously from mid-summer until the first frost. Best harvested when 5-6 in in length and about 2” in diameter, before skins toughen. The flesh is dense, pale yellow, and layered with soft, edible seeds. Squashes are mild, sweet and buttery in taste, and high in vitamins A and C. Delicious in stir fries, sauteed with onions, shredded in sweet breads, or roasted with other vegetables.
